Data collected
The appointment request form collects the information you enter:
- your full name, phone number and email address;
- your country of residence and, where applicable, the name of your company;
- the area of law concerned and the type of appointment you would like;
- your message.
Your IP address is not recorded with your request. The website uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising.
Why this data is used
It is used solely to reply to your request and arrange the appointment. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Who has access to it
The firm only. Your request is sent to it by email and stored on the website’s server, hosted by OVH SAS in France.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept for as long as is needed to deal with them and to follow up on any relationship that may result.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. To do so, write to the firm at the address given in the legal notice.
Cookies
The website sets a single technical cookie, which remembers the language you chose (“pll_language”, kept for one year). The Google map is only loaded if you click “Show the map”: Google may then set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
